The ideal candidate is an energetic and passionate leader with a solid understanding of the luxury hotel and/or multi-unit hospitality / food & beverage industries. They will bring a strong track record of strategic leadership and problem-solving, with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams. This individual should have experience in both large corporations and small-to-mid-sized businesses, with a demonstrated ability to scale one or more hospitality concepts. They should be highly skilled in using metrics to drive performance across all departments and foster a culture of accountability, aligning with Republic Hospitality’s purpose. Experience managing operations with revenues exceeding $20 million is a plus.
