Effective immediately, the company is proud to announce the promotion of Joanna Van Oss to Vice President of Learning & Development. Van Oss is among the 83 employees who are rapidly expanding the business’s footprint year over year.

Van Oss joined Floyd Lee Locums in 2021, immediately bringing more than 25 years of healthcare staffing experience to bear. Prior to joining the organization, she served in other senior leadership and executive level positions—most recently as Director of Operations at General Healthcare Resources (GHR), as well as Vice President of Operations at Supplemental Health Care.

In addition to this promotion, Floyd Lee Locums is also pleased to announce the continued expansion of its internal workforce. Having begun the company in 2017 with a roster of 12 employees, the organization continues to see double digit headcount growth year-over-year. In just the last tracking year, Floyd Lee Locums counts 83 talented employees among its crew of locums changemakers—with 52 added in the last year alone.
