The Charleston Metro Chamber is proud to introduce the 2026 Class of Leadership Discovery, presented by Wells Fargo.

This year’s class brings together emerging leaders from across the Charleston region who are ready to better understand how they lead, learn from experienced professionals and continue developing the skills and confidence that will shape the next stage of their careers.

Leadership Discovery is designed to help participants build a strong foundation for leadership. Throughout the program, they will explore their personal leadership styles, gain new perspectives on how others approach leadership and connect with peers who are navigating many of the same opportunities and challenges.

A defining part of the experience is the opportunity to learn directly from accomplished leaders across a range of industries. Through candid, interactive conversations, mentors share the experiences, decisions and lessons that have shaped their careers, giving participants a closer look at the many different paths leadership can take.

Participants will also complete an NBI® Thinking Preferences Assessment and take part in a three-course business etiquette dinner, adding opportunities to better understand how they communicate, work with others and present themselves professionally.
