The Charleston Metro Chamber is proud to celebrate the graduates of the 2025 Leadership Discovery class, presented by Wells Fargo. This year’s cohort brought together emerging leaders from across the region who committed their time, energy and talent to strengthening their leadership foundation and expanding their impact.

Throughout the program, participants explored their personal leadership styles, gained new confidence and built meaningful connections with peers who share a passion for leading with purpose. Guided by a group of distinguished mentors, including leaders from the business community, education and the Chamber, the class engaged in candid conversations about the experiences that shaped these mentors and the lessons that continue to guide their work.

From the Everything DiSC assessment to the business etiquette dinner, each component of the program offered practical tools and insights that participants are already bringing back to their teams and organizations. The growth sparked in Leadership Discovery reaches beyond the individual, strengthening leadership across the Charleston region.
