The Charleston Metro Chamber is proud to announce the 2025 Class of Leadership Discovery, presented by Wells Fargo. This year’s class brings together a dynamic group of emerging leaders who are ready to grow their skills, broaden their perspectives and strengthen their impact in the Charleston region.

Leadership Discovery is designed to build the foundation of impactful leadership. Over the course of the program, participants will gain valuable insights into their personal leadership style, strengthen their confidence and connect with peers who share their drive to lead.

Guided by accomplished mentors, participants engage in interactive sessions that spark meaningful conversations about the experiences that have shaped established leaders and the diverse paths they’ve taken to achieve success, both personally and within their organizations. Alongside these sessions, the program includes an in-depth Everything DiSC assessment and a three-course business etiquette dinner, providing the tools and experiences that give participants practical insights they can immediately apply to their careers.

The growth that takes place in Leadership Discovery extends beyond each individual. Participants leave better equipped to lead their teams, strengthen their organizations and make a lasting impact across the Charleston region.
