If you’ve stopped by the Chamber headquarters lately, you may have already met Nicole Hodges, our new Member Experience Coordinator and were welcomed with a smile and her warm personality. Nicole serves as a key first point of contact for members, helping ensure every interaction with the Chamber feels meaningful and connected. She’ll also manage daily operations of the Chamber’s facilities and CRM system, supporting teams across departments to make member engagement seamless.
Before joining the Chamber, Nicole worked as Golf Tournament Director at Sun City Hilton Head, where she coordinated tournaments, worked closely with associations and learned the value of community-centered experiences. Her background with Troon and her commitment to collaboration made her a perfect fit for a role focused on connection and service.
“We’re thrilled that Nicole has joined our team,” said Chelsea McCracken, Associate Vice President of Human Resources. “She exemplifies a warm, genuine welcome to everyone she meets and her thoughtful approach elevates how we engage with our members. Nicole has a unique ability to connect people and align needs seamlessly with the right members of our team.”
Originally from Martinsville, Virginia, Nicole moved to Charleston in August and now lives downtown in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood. She’s enjoying exploring the city, finding new local spots and plans to rekindle her passion for dance at a local studio.
When asked what excites her most about joining the Chamber, Nicole says it’s the opportunity to connect directly with members and be part of an organization that drives growth and opportunity across the region. “I love getting to know people’s stories,” she shared. “Every member has a unique journey and I’m excited to be a part of it.”
Join us in welcoming Nicole and be sure to say hello next time you visit the Chamber!
